Somnia Summer Explodes With Massive Growth And Launches!

Somniacs have been spending their summer in The Somnia Playground! This July, Somnia launched a product called The Playground, which allows users to host their own metaverse spaces. We also hosted some great in-person events, and announced some new achievements. Learn more in our monthly update!

Our biggest news this month was the launch of the Playground. Take a look at the worlds that Somniacs have been exploring!

To commemorate the launch of The Playground, we have opened a new round of quests on Galxe where you can earn more points!

We kicked off our month with some networking and in-person events at ETHcc in Brussels, Belgium!

H.E.R. CON Brussels – We celebrated women in web3 at H.E.R CON, with great panels, a Builder Jam Competition, and a Happy Hour at the Wolf Food Market. It was an excellent opportunity for women developers and industry leaders to connect and network!

BGame Alliance Event – Our Head of Engineering, Ignacio, delivered a compelling talk on “Strategies for mainstream adoption of Web3 games,” contributing to discussions on the future of blockchain and gaming at the BGame Alliance Event.

Uniting Societies Event – Our flagship event Uniting Societies returned to bring together remarkable speakers and sponsors, including Halborn Security, Web3Auth, Dedaub, OKX, Unstoppable Domnains, Okto, Chromia, Polyhedra, Cointelegraph, and ODaily.

We also launched a virtual version of Uniting Societies, which we will be hosting every month on Twitter Spaces with our friends and partners in the industry. Our first episode had almost 10k people tune in!
